Installation of your new Appliances

• Your appliance(s) will be delivered and installed by our authorized third party service providers. Full service coverage in the greater toronto area and adjacent cities.  There may be limitations to our ability to deliver services to remote areas that can be arranged through local service providers.
• Our professional delivery team will unbox, set up, and connect through electrical plug in your new appliances. All hard wire electrical or gas connections will be done by certified appliance certified professional installers.
• Delivery and installation may be completed at the same time for example delivery and installation of a washing machine or electrical clothes dryer to existing plumbing, hvac and electrical set up.
• The Built-in appliances may require more that one visit to complete the job. Delivery personal will deliver and haul away old appliances, incase of panel ready dishwashers and refrigerators panels may need to be removed from old appliances and preserved for use on the new appliances.
• Installation kits may be required to be purchased at additional cost to complete installation service, especially for European Laundry products and dishwashers or for Built-in side by refrigeration system.
• We’ll also disconnect your old units if Haul Away service is purchased.
• Please note: Built-in appliances (wall ovens, cooktops refrigerators, ventilation) column refrigerators, freezers, and panel-ready appliances will require additional fees for installation and removal.

Haul Away and Disposition of  old Appliances

• We will haul away your existing appliance, for an additional fee, if your old product is already disconnected and uninstalled. (Appliance must be disconnected by the owner if install not purchased).
• Call us at 416 901 7557 to add haul away/removal of old appliances to your order if not added at the point of purchase.
• Once our services you requested are complete, the delivery team can remove appliance boxes and packaging materials for an additional or no fee depending resources required or can leave with packaging on site that may be useful to move the appliances from one place to other.
